Germany Day 07

Spent morning in Tribald, part of which was looking for a cuckoo clock for a friend of Mom's. Eventually entered one of the private shops, which was our introduction to the town's internal cuckoo clock builder's feud. We sided w/ the independents and bought one from the smaller guys instead.













Drove down to Munich, but stopped in Ulm first to look at die Münster, on advice from friend JR. First McDonald's visit in Darmstadt, then found an overpriced Holiday Inn outside of Munich. WWF, endless Italian quake coverage & much futbol on TV. Would love to hit a record store tomorrow, but I fear those days are gone. Still no reply from the Munich Bassler I emailed over here. *shrugs*
